Yoga and emotions management involves observation, conduction, concentration of energy and pause - from a sense of constant updating of consciousness. In this text the author focuses on the dimension of emotions in yoga from the perspective of pratyāhāra. It invites us to find the depth of yoga from a humanistic perspective that allows us to "realize" the potential of taste, smell and sight as a bridge to the experience of consciousness centered in the present.
