Francisco Cervantes

Professor of the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo and Teacher of the Internal School of Yoghismo. Degree in Geography from UNAM. He specialized in Management, Planning, Animation and Cultural Promotion by the SEP and Music Therapy by the Mexican Institute of Humanistic Music Therapy.
In the workplace, he has experience as a trainer of Cultural Management and Promotion in the Ministry of Culture. In the same way, he has served as an advisor and business instructor in the training of personnel in private and public institutions.
He has more than 40 years of experience in yoga, his practice and teaching has focused on Tantra Yoga, Raja Yoga(Meditative Yoga) and Hatha Yoga.
Currently, he gives workshops and seminars on yoga and Human Development in Latin America and Europe.And he is the director of Yoga's headquarters Yoga Synthesis del Valle in Mexico City.
