Founder and President of the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo. Master of the Internal College of Yoghismo. He studied the degree in Philosophy for the UNAM and in Social Anthropology for the ENAH. He has a postgraduate degree in Human Development and Significant Learning from the Humanist Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy.
Over the years, he has specialized in cultural management and planning through the Ministry of Culture in Mexico and teaches Cultural Management and Entrepreneurship workshops.
He has more than 40 years of experience in yoga, his practice and teaching has focused on Prãnãyãma (the art of breathing), Yoga and Human Development, Raja Yoga (Meditative Yoga) and Hatha Kriya Yoga.
He is the author of more than 13 books, among which stand out a Yoga class, Yoga and emotions management, From Prãnãyãma to Prãnasamyama, and Yoga and Human Development.
Currently, he gives workshops and specialized seminars on Yoga and Cultural Management.
