Professor of the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo and Teacher of the Internal School of Yoghismo. Degree in Social Anthropology from the ENAH and Pedagogy from the ENP. He is a teacher in Orientation and Human Development at the Iberoamerican University.
He has specialized in Music Therapy by the Mexican Institute of Humanistic Music Therapy and in Gestalt Psychotherapy by the Humanist Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy.
He has taught courses and seminars on Human Development and Psychotherapy to companies and private institutions.He has more than 40 years of experience in Yoga and has focused his teaching on Hatha Yoga; Yoga and Human Development, and Music Therapy in Yoga.
He has written three texts The Ascent to the Mountain: Origins and Texts of Yoga, Samyama: Mantra, Nada and Laya and The Mantra in Yoghismo.
Currently, he gives workshops and seminars on Yoga and Mantra and Music Therapy in Latin America and Europe.At the same time, he is the director of the Yoga Synthesis center in Xochimilco, and the specialty of Mantra Yoga and Music Therapy.
