This text presents a work path from a didactic perspective and specific instruction for yoga practitioners, always aims to facilitate the understanding of the importance and gradual practice of one of the main techniques of yoga and in all its slopes: the prānāyāma. The techniques of breathing and energy management have been an issue of major importance for the development of consciousness. In yoga it is not the exception.
