Yoga and emotion management

About

In the certification Yoga and emotion management you will learn practices and dynamics of perception, communication and emotions management. From yoga, you will be able to know a path of physical and emotional well-being that will serve you for your personal growth. The certification has a duration of 144 hours, has the endorsement of the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo and Yoga Alliance. It is designed multilevel and can assist students with and without experience in Yoga.

Module 1
1. Back to the body: energy, mind and memory.
2. Sensitive experience: sensation and perception.
3. Exploring our senses.
4. Our emotions and our feelings.
5. Bioenergetic chains linked to emotions.
6. Physical and emotional skills through the ãsana.
Module 2
1. Return to our states of consciousness through breathing.
2. Emotions and principles of Ayurveda.
3. The capacity of the centre and the balance: series of purification and emotional mobilization.
4. The linking of emotions with symbols: colours, sounds, aromas, mandalas and mantras.
5. Emotions and the world of dreams.
