In this course you will learn the theory and practice of the first series of AVY by Pattabhi Jois. It has a duration of 60 hours, has endorsement of the International Association of Yoga & Yoghismo and Yoga Alliance, is designed multilevel and can assist students with and without experience in Yoga.
